Stephen worked his way up the corporate finance ladder, collaborating with clients ranging from small startups to multinational corporations. Realizing his true passion was in focusing on customers' needs rather than company politics, he founded Carr Bookkeeping to offer personalized, client-focused management accounting services.

Outside of work, Stephen cherishes spending quality time with his family. He has a passion for travel and particularly enjoys going on cruises, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories with his loved ones.
